So @veefriends is 151 days old .. I have a forever strategy .. fair to say it’s early.. the same is going on for dozens of projects .. the speed of information and the “fast mentality” is causing for opportunities and vulnerabilities .. give it some thought.. too much daily …

Why do we as humans stress so much about every little thing when we’re all going to die one day? None of this matters. Literally none of it. Enjoy your life. Spend time with your friends and family. Have a drink every now and then. Get out in nature. Don’t take your job so seriously. Take risks. Try new foods. Have kids. Get close to God. Live.

VERY interesting 👀 Trump once again calls out NATO for not willing to help with the Strait of Hormuz. Then Trump calls on Japan and CHINA to help out, since they are the ones who use it most. If Trump can get China to help, that would be COLOSSAL! The optics would be perfect. If China helps, that would solidify that this operation with Iran had global support, even from our perceived geopolitical adversaries, like China. It would confirm that the Iranian regime was a threat to the world, and Trump was right to destroy them. It also opens the door to normalized relations with China, and proves that NATO are not actually the allies they pretend to be. It adds validity to my hypothesis that we are witnessing a shift in the global order and alliances. If China helps the US and NATO doesn’t, the entire geopolitical landscape will be turned on its head. I think this operation in Iran is about much more than just destroying the savage Iranian regime. I think we are witnessing something much bigger. I think we are witnessing a shift in the global power structure.

Just a reminder that 75% of the time you’ll ever get to spend with your kids is over by the time they turn 12. And 90% of your time with them is gone by the time they’re 18. So slow down, be present, and enjoy these short, sweet years—they’ll soon be over.

I think about this a lot as a mom of two… Your kids won’t remember your job title. They won’t remember how many emails you answered or how many meetings you attended or how impressive your LinkedIn profile was. They’ll remember if you were there. They’ll remember if you watched the sunrise with them or if you were already on your phone. They’ll remember if dinner was a conversation or a silence filled with everyone scrolling. They’ll remember your energy. Were you vibrant and present? Or were you drained and distracted? AI is giving us something previous generations would’ve done anything for: the ability to earn a living without sacrificing a life. But only if you choose it. The default path is to fill freed-up hours with more work, more content, more consumption. The revolutionary path is to fill them with the people sitting right next to you. Your legacy isn’t your output. It’s your presence. Your time. The moments you spend with those around you. These things you can’t get back. This is legacy.

I've met people who can make others laugh better than I ever will in my life. People who can help others relax and feel comfortable in ways I can't match. People who can dance, who can intuit what someone else is feeling, who can calm a frightened dog, who can fix a broken machine by listening to it. If you stop and actually look, everyone around you has some form of uniqueness that you cannot possibly match. Capabilities you don't have and will never develop. School ignores almost all of it. School only measures a tiny slice of human capability and calls that slice intelligence.

Reading is a form of intellectual focus. A child who reads for hours a day isn't just building vocabulary. They're building the capacity to sit down and concentrate. In an age of digital distraction, that skill alone puts them ahead. And it transfers across every domain.

The biggest mistake loving parents make is helping their children too much. But stepping in too often can make children more anxious and less confident as they grow up. When parents solve every problem or prevent every difficulty, children may quietly learn one message: “Maybe I can’t handle things on my own.” Confidence doesn’t grow from constant protection. It grows from small challenges. When children solve problems themselves, make small decisions or face minor failures, they slowly learn to trust their own abilities. Parents just need to stand nearby instead of stepping in immediately. Encourage effort. Allow small struggles. Celebrate trying, not just winning. Because every small moment of independence builds something powerful: A child who believes, “I can handle life.” Every small struggle today becomes strength tomorrow. Are your children learning to depend on you or to believe in themselves? #parenting

⚡️Cuba looks like a regime that is still strong enough to repress and too weak to restore belief. That is the real phase. The people are past simple frustration. This is open contempt now. Night after night in the streets means the fear barrier is eroding. Once that starts, the regime is no longer governing through conviction. It is governing through residue, habit, and force. Cuba’s fuel crisis, blackouts, and broader economic deterioration are real, and the leadership has already opened talks with Washington under pressure after Venezuelan support weakened. That means the internal stress is not cosmetic. It is structural. What actually happens next? The regime hits back hard. Arrests. Internet throttling. Targeted terror. Quiet disappearances into detention. It probably regains street control in the near term because the coercive machinery still exists and the military-security core has not visibly broken. That is the most likely immediate outcome. But that is not the same as winning. The regime is not rebuilding legitimacy. It is spending coercive capital it cannot replenish. Every time people come out like this, more Cubans learn two things. First, the anger is not isolated. Second, the state is weaker than its mythology. That memory compounds. So even if the protests are suppressed, the regime comes out thinner. That is why the real forecast is uglier than both “freedom is here” and “nothing changes.” What changes is the internal psychology of the country. The revolutionary aura keeps dying. The fear monopoly keeps leaking. The economy keeps grinding down. The regime survives by force and emergency bargaining. The population exits emotionally before it can exit physically. That is the actual path. So here is the forecast. No clean overthrow right now. Yes to harsher repression immediately. Yes to more unrest later. Yes to a regime that survives this round weaker than before. Yes to Cuba moving deeper into a slow death spiral where every suppression buys time but destroys more belief. And the real trigger for total rupture is still the same. The day security forces stop obeying cleanly, the whole thing can fall fast. Until then, Cuba burns in cycles.

Want to give your kids a massive advantage in life? Read with them. Fill their home with books. Make frequent trips to the library. This helps kids build a love for reading. In a world where 54% of adults read at below 6th grade level, give your kids the gift of loving to read.

There are no military targets here & it is irrelevant to Israel. This is all about Trump cutting off oil to China. Unfortunately another step into WW3. How will Iran respond? This has nothing to do with Israel. I think that Iran will hit Saudis...?
