Over 22 years, Rahul Gandhi made 54 traceable foreign trips across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia. Based on a bottom up estimation model, the estimated expenditure stands at nearly ₹60 crore. However, across 10 assessment years, Rahul Gandhi’s declared cumulative income was only around ₹11 crore. This raises one simple question: #WhoFundsRahul? 🕵️‍♀️

सोना मत ख़रीदो… दरअसल हिसाब गड़बड़ है। और इस बार कहानी सिर्फ़ सोने की नहीं है। कहानी उस उधार की है… जिसका ब्याज़ अमीर कमाएँगे, और किश्तें तुम भरोगे। ●● 2015 में एक योजना आई Sovereign Gold Bond महामानव ने कहा ,“मित्रों, तुम सोना मत खरीदो, हमें पैसे दे दो। हम तुम्हारे नाम का सोना मान लेंगे। ऊपर से ढाई प्रतिशत ब्याज़ भी देंगे।” वाह। मतलब जनता का पैसा सरकार के पास…और जोखिम? वो बाद में देखा जाएगा। ●● अब ज़रा हिसाब सुनिए। 2017 में सरकार पर SGB की देनदारी थी लगभग 6,664 करोड़। फिर सोने के दाम बढ़ते गए, रुपया गिरता गया, डॉलर महंगा होता गया। और 2023-24 आते आते वही देनदारी पहुँच गई 68,598 करोड़ पर। 930% की छलांग। सिर्फ़ सात साल में। ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य इतने तेज़ नहीं फूला, जितनी तेज़ यह देनदारी फूली है। और अब कुल अनुमानित बोझ?लगभग डेढ़ लाख करोड़। हाँ… वही डेढ़ जिसके पीछे इतनी शून्य लगती हैं कि आम आदमी की पूरी ज़िंदगी कैलकुलेटर बन जाए। ●● अब पूरा खेल समझिए। जिसने चार किलो सोना बॉन्ड में खरीदा था…उसका क्या गया? सोना महंगा हुआ फायदा उसका।ऊपर से 2.5% ब्याज़ अलग। मतलब शादी भी उसकी… बैंड भी उसका… और बिल कौन भर रहा है? हम आप। क्योंकि सरकार पैसा पेड़ से नहीं तोड़ती। सरकार जब ये क़र्ज़ चुकाती है तो, GST से चुकाती है। पेट्रोल से चुकाती है। टोल से चुकाती है। सिलेंडर से चुकाती है। तुम्हारी सैलरी से चुकाती है। तुम्हारी चुप्पी से चुकाती है। ●● कहानी का सबसे ख़तरनाक हिस्सा क्या है जानते हो? सरकार ने जनता से पैसा लिया सोने के नाम पर… लेकिन उतना फिजिकल सोना खरीदा ही नहीं गया जितना बॉन्ड बेचे गए। अब सोना आसमान छू रहा है। मतलब जिसने उधार लिया था, उसे अब बाज़ार भाव पर लौटाना पड़ेगा। और बाज़ार भाव तय कौन करता है? नोएडा का टॉमी मीडिया नहीं… डॉलर करता है। यानी एक तरफ़ रुपया कमज़ोर।दूसरी तरफ़ सोना महंगा।तीसरी तरफ़ ब्याज़ अलग। इसे अर्थशास्त्र में liability कहते हैं। गाँव में इसे कहते हैं “उधार लेकर शादी करना और बाद में खेत बिकना।” ●● मुझे हँसी तब आती है जब टीवी पर वही लोग कहते हैं, “देश आत्मनिर्भर बन रहा है।” कौन सा आत्मनिर्भर? जो देश अपना तेल डॉलर में खरीदता है… सोना डॉलर में खरीदता है…और फिर जनता को रुपये में राष्ट्रवाद बेचता है? ●● सबसे मज़ेदार बात देखिए। जब सोना खरीदना था तब कहा गया, “देशहित में डिजिटल गोल्ड लो।” अब जब लौटाने की बारी आई है तो देशहित अचानक जनहित बन जाएगा। फिर टैक्स बढ़ेंगे। फिर कोई नई सेस आएगी। फिर कहा जाएगा, “देश कठिन दौर से गुजर रहा है।” देश नहीं गुजर रहा महामानव केअंधभक्तों… देश को गुज़ारा जा रहा है। ●● राजाओं ने युद्ध हारकर खजाने गिरवी रखे थे। आज लोकतंत्र में वोट जीतने के लिए भविष्य गिरवी रखा जा रहा है। पहले जनता तलवार देखकर डरती थी, अब EMI देखकर डरती है। ●● और अंत में सबसे बड़ा सवाल… अगर यह योजना इतनी महान थी तो सोना मत खरीदो की अपील बार-बार क्यों करनी पड़ रही है? क्योंकि असली डर यह नहीं कि जनता सोना खरीद लेगी। असली डर यह है कि जनता हिसाब समझ गई तो क्या होगा। ●● याद रखिए… सरकारें कभी अपना पैसा नहीं लगातीं, वे सिर्फ़ जनता के भविष्य पर मुहर लगाती है। उधार उसने लिया।जोखिम अमीर ने कमाया। और किश्तें हम तुम भरने वाले हैं। फिर भी अगर तुम्हें लगता है कि राजनीति सिर्फ़ टीवी डिबेट है… तो अगली बार पेट्रोल भरवाते समय मीटर ज़रूर देखना। कई बार देश का सबसे बड़ा आर्थिक भाषण पंप मशीन चुपचाप दे रही होती है। (पोस्ट की प्रेरणा महक सिंह तरार से) #VijayShukla

Statute gives seven days for preparing GSTR-3B and that involves from verification to filing because any error results in Interest and Penalty. In those six days, if someone says why come on last day..it is because the return has to be prepared, checked and verified not only from the books of accounts but also Portal generated documents which are generated on the basis of third party compliance. Better the last date theory is not put up here and the portal is upgraded because this is the portal which is generating something like 24 Lakh crore yearly as a revenue for the governments and if this cannot be corrected then nothing deserves in the country...@FinMinIndia

Real estate in my tier 3 city is more than Mumbai and Pune in Maharashtra. Today flats in my citY are getting sold at 1 crore or more. Land price is minimum above 5000/sq feet everywhere. Prices have gone upto 25000/sq feet in some localities. My city don't have working airport, no IT companies, no government engineering college, no big private companies, no cricket stadium,etc. But my city has zomato, blinkit, big basket, zudio, trendz,all clothing brands,D-Mart,etc. Then why the prices have skyrocketed? The is city is small, slums are on the outskirts of city only. You will find lots of doctors in every lane of city. Also the city is an important railway junction in central India. But Is this the reason? It might be but not the only one. Major reason is most of the prime spots of the city or for that sake most of the land is covered by government institutions like courts, offices,etc. Moral: You don't always need big IT hubs, airports, huge economic turnover or infrastructure development for real estate prices to boom. What you need is limited space with basic facilities available. That's enough. Guess this amazing city.

Tax audit/Audited ITR - अनुरोध तो ऑडिटेड ITR की तारीख़ बढ़ाने का था और माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने भी यही आदेश दिया था । लेकिन साथ में Tax Audit की तारीख़ भी बढ़ा दी गई !!!!!! अगर TAR की डेट बढ़ानी ही थी, तो दीपावली से पहले ही बढ़ा देते ताकि प्रोफेशनल्स और Tax Payers कम से कम दीपावली तो अच्छे से मना लेते । विभाग का सम्मान करते हुए निवेदन है कि ऐसे निर्णय समय रहते और समन्वित तौर पर हों ताकि राहत का पर्याप्त लाभ मिल सके । - आदर सहित

After directions from various High courts, The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has decided to extend the due date of furnishing of Return of Income to 10th December 2025 as well as Tax audit report to 10th November 2025. This year will go as a black year in performance of CBDT looking at all the mess they have created . Govt is not able to find a full time new Chairman, giving extension to existing one but denying extension to taxpayers for CBDT's mistakes
