It is unacceptable that the @ADB_HQ lacks a policy/plan to ensure responsible exit from projects that cause demonstrable harm. The bank cannot simply walk away without guardrails, leaving behind a trail of unresolved risks & vulnerabilities: We shall hold them accountable!

People are emotional. A crowd is mostly foolish. Fans are mad crazy. All of that is true. That's exactly why governments have to be better, plan better, execute better. A government or people in government cannot let emotion get the better of logic or logistics. Stampede at RCB's victory celebration is a monumental failure of preparedness. Those responsible must be held accountable.
