@SophyRidgeSky Perfectly stated as well! This is just the Premier League covering themselves in preparation for the City fine. They had to provide a precedent and Chelsea gave them the excuse for the lenient punishment City will get. Premier League protecting their own financial interests.

@YankeeGunner I'm more worried about our lack of ability to score from a break when defending. We have runners but we are so slow. As soon as it reaches Odegaard, we're done for. Manyoo played so many forward passes today. We never do. Not just today. Ever!

We’ve never been a super free-flowing attack but we always used pressure to create turnovers and chances. And teams really struggled to play through us. I think we’ve dropped off somewhat in both aspects. And it puts more pressure on our in-possession attacking principles

It’s not getting much discussion but I think a major issue for us is that our out-of-possession tactics aren’t working as well anymore. I think we’re being sussed out a bit. We don’t create high turnovers with regularity lately and we are seeing teams run though us more and more
