@dcr_1999 From 1st April, seat reservations have been suspended on this route due to the integration of our new Aurora fleet of trains. The only spaces which are reservable are wheelchair and cycle spaces. ^EA

@dog_gem Hi @dcr_1999, the reason we re check tickets at the lounge even though it has been checked at the gate is due to only club and double guests have access to our lounges. The barrier staff check in guests our lounge hosts check in the suite rooms.
