@jim_keoghan Only danger is back post, he runs out the goal then realises he shouldn't because no chance of getting ball, he was a big reason for that goal. Made the header even easier

@JezClein @Benjwinst He needs to see the ball. His position allowed him to do that. Defenders camping right in front of him completely impedes that. You go in goal and try it.

@Benjwinst Because it was a decent height, it was 3 foot inside the post yet he didn't get within a yard of it If his positioning is where he should be its a comfortable save. But for me concedes too many goals when just looks so easy But then the goal looks massive when hes in it

First time I’ve seen this angle, How can anyone criticise Jordan Pickford for this goal. Blame 100 percent on players failing to close down quick enough to stop the shot.

@Benjwinst Burn also just watches the ball go by. Not even an effort to fling himself at it. He’d o ly been on for a few min so clearly wasn’t knackered like some of them.

@Benjwinst @TomJenkns I don’t think there’s much he could do with this. He needs to be able to see the ball, takes a step to do so, then the player puts the shot (curling away from the GK) in an area of the goal that was inaccessible despite a dive. Sometimes you have to just say it’s a good goal.

The ball touched the camera cable and fell onto an English team’s lap, allowing Bellingham’s goal against Norway. FIFA claims no contact was recorded: “Connected Ball heartbeat sensor has no signal”. Norway’s team has also reported this to the referee. Technically this goal is hence incorrect?
