@Clear - getting the runaround CLEAR cust serv. Can you please clarify? 1) Are state employees (eg teachers) eligible for CLEAR govt discount? CLEAR website says "yes", but CS agent told me I need ".gov" addr. Teachers don't have that. 2) If not, would you update your website?

@Delta - your flight attendant just told my 17-year-old daughter - who is flying to meet me - that she can't move seats in a mostly empty plane because it will "offset the weight". We all know that's a crock. How can you be so greedy? Incredible. Not helping the image there...

@SheriffMina, please get officers professionalism training or review it. Gesturing vaguely and getting angry with citizens they are supposed to help when misunderstood is not a good look. Night driving is stressful, esp when road is suddenly closed. Empathy goes a long way.
