i used to have this german friend who moved to new york for a couple years but has now moved back to germany. she was extremely anti-AC for the sole reason that “AC makes you sick”. we went to puerto rico together. it was nearly 90°F and she wouldn’t let us turn the AC on if she was in the room. “i’ll get sick!”
