@tylerterry3 @JeanWilti @DoinSumin @TheJobfather__ I see them bruh. Trust me it ain't cause of no reason it's cause of the interactions we have had with the alphabet soup group. The wild bigoted stuff said to me and my people by that group is why people say what we say.

@krang0r @IPB71 @Its_Mr_Floyd Respectfully to most of us the temps you're talking about is normal to us. Its 27 Celsius where I'm at right now and that's normal to most Americans. To us that's not hot, that's a good day to go outside. I get it if you aren't used to the weather and its annoying hearing it tho

@DoinSumin @TheJobfather__ I could’ve but you were too adamant on trying to establish what we can call OG as if there’s some type of rule or guideline I had to say something first.

@honeyturkey1 @shedoeswannadie @TheJobfather__ Yeah that's not uncommon for ppl who are from multicultural backgrounds. I'm from NYC but my whole family is Caribbean, and sometimes an accent comes out cause those my people and I grew up with them, and so that's the ppl you gon sound like lol.

@PrivateSoulja @TheJobfather__ I'm just gon make very clear my stance is not that OG not British. Ppl contain multitudes and his are his identity as being British, Nigerian, and American. My only thing was finding the idea of him being "from London" when he spent most of his time here in the US from 4 wrong.

@DoinSumin @TheJobfather__ You think OG would agree with you ?that’s like telling Dominican kids from nyc they’re not Dominican meanwhile they visit every 3 months and live in the culture like what

@PrivateSoulja @TheJobfather__ Nigga. That's not what I'm saying. I'm not saying OG not British and I'm sure he visit all the time. Saying he from London when he grew up in Missouri from 4 years old just sound funny. If you disagree though that's fine.

@PrivateSoulja @TheJobfather__ That's not what I'm saying. They're British but them niggas not "from" London. Its like saying MF DOOM (RIP) from London. All 3 of these ppl we talkin about left there at age. That isn't to say they aren't British American, but they aren't Londoners is all I'm saying.

@ALuckhurst5433 @lexisoupertramp I get what you're saying but you also didn't have the level of lobbying and propaganda on the subject of guns as we do, along with a system that benefits people from smaller areas more prone to resistance to gun laws. Its frankly a different kettle of fish.

@lexisoupertramp Well that just proves your brain capacity and how little you care about the lives lost. You blame the Brits for being insensitive yet we changed laws to protect our children, what are you doing? Nothing other blaming everyone but yourselves.

i think we’d have a lot more heatwave empathy if every time an american asks something like “what about AC?” the comments weren’t filled with people saying LOL SCHOOL SHOOTINGS LOL GO MURDER SOME MORE CHILDREN LOL BLOODY DEAD KIDS!!! like ok man nevermind ig?

@PrivateSoulja @TheJobfather__ He grew up here since he was 4. I'm not saying he not British, he is, and he seems to hold close ties with the country, but he's been in America, in Missouri, since age 4. He from London as much as 21 Savage is, that's all I'm saying.

@DoinSumin @TheJobfather__ OG was born in London, he still has a UK accent I don’t see why the British part doesn’t count. Just because he was raised here doesn’t make him less British.

@OneWholeRhubarb @simondoyle87 @jussyfroot agreed, AC is definitely the answer. most of us have electric fans which usually do the job. it’s just the inconvenience of most of us alr having insulated houses as 9/12 months of the year are freezing, but now we need AC😆it’s laughable. but yeah i guess AC is the only answer

@FormerlyWTC @nazzobetweeting Yessir, same here lol. I had an old AC that used to get the room cold so fuckin fast, my homies used to just come to my house and chill in my room to stay out the heat cause it was always so cold there. Unfortunately it died after almost 18 years in 2022 smh.

i used to have this german friend who moved to new york for a couple years but has now moved back to germany. she was extremely anti-AC for the sole reason that “AC makes you sick”. we went to puerto rico together. it was nearly 90°F and she wouldn’t let us turn the AC on if she was in the room. “i’ll get sick!” european logic is just made up voodoo science and yet they have the nerve to think they’re automatically smarter than americans
_s.a.m.e.m.e.m.e_@st_louis_stan

I used to think that Euros didn't like AC because of energy costs or window shapes but the more they talk about it the more it's clear they have some bizarre philosophical objection where for them AC is America-coded and thus gauche and decadent

@krang0r @IPB71 @Its_Mr_Floyd I've only had ACs that you just shove in the window and plug it in, no real installment needed. I understand 300 bucks is a hefty price though. But if this typa heat becomes normal in Europe its best to just eat the cost for your own health to not get heat stroke.

@IPB71 @Its_Mr_Floyd AC units need to be plumbed in on top of that and will add to the electric bill. You're funny that you think people just have 300 quid spare

@FormerlyWTC @nazzobetweeting This is hilarious. I grew up using the AC leaving it on auto and going to sleep at night during heat waves in NYC. I was a VERY healthy kid, rarely ever got sick. They buggin lol.

@nazzobetweeting This is the part that hasn’t been mentioned much the last few days: if by chance a place in Europe has AC they don’t leave it on for more than 3 to 5 mins because they’re convinced they’ll get sick, be taking out a mortgage on the electric bill, etc. It’s all excuses.

@JeanWilti @TheJobfather__ I'm aware, and I don't give a fuck what dumbasses carrying water for that FBA shit think. Regardless he grew up here. I'm not saying he ain't British, or Nigerian, or American. He's all of those things, but he grew up here in America since he was 4.
