At about 6g for guar gum, 6g for acacia, and 2.5g for apple pectin

How to never worry about fiber intake again:
- get jar of applesauce
- add apple pectin
- add acacia fiber
- add partially hydrolized guar gum
- add chia seeds

But if there’s evidence of misdiagnosed IP caries, as one example, then that alone would justify his hesitancy with the recent dentist. O, B, L caries and marginal ridge cracks can be discussed w/out I/O photos.

@cryptoklotz @DokSchultz He can’t diagnose just off of x-rays for cavities. He’s not a dentist or he would know that. I’ve been in dentistry for 27 years. Do not send him your X-rays.

@SwichLabs @cryptoklotz If decay hasn’t fully broken through the enamel layer (aka incipient lesions), some dentists will opt to “watch” them after educating the patient on oral hygiene habits. Other dentists may prefer to drill/fill them immediately to prevent progression. I lean more conservative.
