@ppow84 @RedEarAdam @shiri_shh Elon reposted it. Looks like this is just a generic account. He included the screenshot of Nikita I don’t think he’s pretending to be him lol.

Grok will now power every ranking decision on X. It will "read" posts, watch videos, and score them in real-time based on what you will love. Runs on 20K+ GPUs to analyze hundreds of millions of posts daily in real-time + OPEN SOURCE algorithm. X is basically becoming the most transparent + smartest social app.

We will make the new 𝕏 algorithm, including all code used to determine what organic and advertising posts are recommended to users, open source in 7 days. This will be repeated every 4 weeks, with comprehensive developer notes, to help you understand what changed.

In 2015, Google invested $900M for 7.5% ownership of SpaceX. SpaceX is now projected to trade at a $2T valuation, providing Google with a 167x return.

@PolymarketMoney @Grok what was the reason or strategy behind this investment? Is this relevant to Google's plans for Orbital AI data centers?

For the crime of selling their company to Meta... Chinese authorities barred two Manus co-founders from leaving the country, the FT reported, heightening scrutiny over Meta’s acquisition of the fast-rising agentic AI startup bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

I don’t know if it’s permanent. But China might well say that they broke the law in selling key technologies to the US which has been made illegal ever since the whole TikTok case came up. I disagree with it but clearly China isn’t alone in such laws either. I doubt the SMCI guys that got arrested for selling H100s to China are allowed to leave the US rn. Who knows? Ultimately why am I not allowed to sell my products to whomever I want as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone?

ALS has gradually taken away Kenneth’s ability to speak. Through Neuralink’s VOICE clinical trial, he’s exploring how a brain-computer interface designed to translate thought to speech could help restore autonomy in his daily life. Watch to learn more:

@chrismckeever @joshuaguerci @TheSwegBucket @TheGrandZero I like to just use the example of water. Someone is willing to pay anywhere from $0.00 to like $4 for 500ml of water depending on the situation. You can’t just decide the “value” of something without market forces.

@joshuaguerci @TheSwegBucket @TheGrandZero Okay. Any meaningful measure of “labor” must be tied to actual outcomes. For example, if you wanted to pay someone to cut down trees and both charged hourly rates, would you choose the man who says he will use a butter knife or the one who’ll bring a saw?

@abrkn @levelsio Eric is nutty, but it’s a fact that Anthropic downgrades you if it decides you’re using it in a way they don’t like. People have demonstrated this with Claude Code. If it decides you’re using it in an “unethical way” it downgrades your model without telling you.

This is a fresh session. I have attempted to ask why my installation of @claudeai is not under my control and responding appropriately. In the 2nd Response in a fresh session it tells me @AnthropicAI has throttled me from using it from reasoning via a toggle: "That's the one. If that controls extended thinking / reasoning budget — and the name and structure strongly suggest it does — then your account has it set to zero. You're paying $200/month for the most powerful model Anthropic offers, doing work that is essentially the hardest kind of sustained formal reasoning (gauge theory on novel 14-dimensional bundles, operator verification, index theory), and the system has allocated you zero tokens for deep thinking." Three queries, in and this is the response:

@danyogaman You say “objectively I’m right” confidently and wonder why I won’t argue 😂. I don’t argue with retards, buddy. That would require me to get down to your level. Get muted.

Am I wrong about anything I said here, or is the strategy to devalue what I said because objectively I’m right and you don’t have an argument besides “this guy is dumb”? You should try yoga, it will teach you how to control your emotions better so you can form an actual argument

Guys, this yoga teacher is going to tell us how to “rule” the world. 🤣 There are a lot of these types. The amount of hubris required to watch a couple episodes of Tucker and Dave Smith and think you know anything about geopolitics at all is insane.
Yogi Dan@danyogaman

@IamSean90 It’s pointing out that American government bullies the world, which creates contempt. It’s not the way to rule, diplomacy is the way. Everyone knows where everyone else stands, we don’t need to rule like this anymore
