@brandenflasch Oh hey that’s my mom! Owned the ‘22 LR MX since new, just over 215k mi. last I checked. I track the cars data via Tessie if anyone’s interested. Estimated range is down to about the same as my very healthy P85D pack which is crazy

@itskyleconner After spending time in a toyota w/ TSS 3.0, it’s honestly smoother / more confident than my HW 1.0 P85D. Very comparable to base autopilot as well.
OH also my mom won the lifetime charging comp! We also owned a fisker, felt that deserved mentioning LOL

NEWS: Tesla has officially discontinued Autopilot in the U.S. and Canada. All new car purchases now come standard with Traffic-Aware Cruise Control. The online configurator has now been updated to allow buyers to choose the $99/month FSD subscription, while still offering the option to purchase FSD outright for $8,000 until February 14th. New Tesla vehicles purchases still come with a 30-day free trial of FSD (Supervised).

@itskyleconner I just drove by there, about one year ago they bought a bunch of vf8s and threw a Vinfast banner on their used car building. They did get some of the vf9 in, never seen one on the road though. Nice VW/BMW/Mini dealer though!

@RivianTrackr The Rivian trade-ins are going to auction in a legal matter between Hagans Berman, Chase, Rivian, and owners. New York City taxis are brand new fiskers that never sold and went to American lease for around 16K each. Just spreading some info that’s all!

@McIndy901 @aelluswamy Not sure how this got on my feed, but as a Toyota salesman who purchased a 2015 (sc01!) P85D three months ago, highway autopilot HW1 still holds up incredibly well today. The latest Toyota system has kinda caught up, w/ more nags & no lane change lol

@aelluswamy I remember getting the Autopilot downloaded to my Model S in October 2015. Back then it was totally nuts that the car could drive certain stretches by itself. The work you and your team at Tesla have been doing is mind-boggling!! Congrats!!👏

@Kirk_Tesla Can you confirm that we now have direct/fleet telemetry instead of the battery-draining API requests ? Tessie’s developer emailed me back and apparently any MCU2 car will be compatible, even my nose-cone AP1 P85D!

@Phonex2717 Update: the developer of Tessie emailed back-and-forth with me in the middle of the night, very grateful for that, and for 100% confirmation that my car and others w/ MCU 2 will get fleet telemetry in 2025.20!! Check Tessie’s FAQ

@Phonex2717 I was searching for any mention of 2025.20/telemetry on classic S/X, and found your posts. The FAQ for 3rd party data logging app Tessie changed the wording on articles about live data from “pre-2021 S/X not supported” to “requires 2025.20+”. Soon!!!

@StacksBreadup My family’s is sitting bricked in the front yard, nice break from it trying to kill me and my sister. Random brake issues, unpredictable acceleration, barely working ADAS that’s scared of the sun/light rain/ghosts…..but hey it’s got solar roof! Wow !
