@CryptoCX1 I mean its based on some truths, for sure if you get omega3, vit d, and some other stuff, you will feel 10% better, but the thing is, if you're young and healthy, you cant really measure how much younger and healthier you are. wait until you go over 60. thats the real test.

@DonCryptoDraper I dunno man, I’ve been on 80% of his daily routine for over 5 years. 50% of it for over 15 years (was already doing majority). I feel and look considerably younger than 95% of my homies. Probably largely genetics, but not counting his stuff out.

Immortality is a hoax The healthiest people I know are over 80, not the richest, eat normal supermarket foods, no diets, no expensive supplements. Instead they walk 10k steps every day, have frequent beach trips to Greece/France, go to parties. lifemaxxing 🤝
