@lindzvanallen Oh interesting . Ironically I was reading a delta cookbook about old fashioned spoon bread, but I can see bacon and hatch chilies adding great taste. I not sure about how I feel about rice, but I will try most things once.🙂when Johnson’s has their hatch Chile roast, get some.
