@SilvertownTn @SilvertownDust @glp Developer asked to look at number of areas,incl environmental impact assessment.not brought anything back to Council as far as we know.residents haven't had update.We do know that @NewhamLondon looking at stopping right hand turn in/out of the site for safety.

The #SilvertownTunnel diverts juggernauts + cars into Newham, already the most polluted borough in the UK. It creates space for 100,000 extra polluting motor vehicle journeys a day between Newham and Greenwich. Tolls are discretionary and may be reduced or scrapped. @LukePollard

Thanks Karin. The local councillors, MP and the Newham Mayor have all engaged with our campaign, joined our events and some have spoken out against the current proposals* *some can not due to legal restraints under planning regulations.

@NewhamLondon You need to talk to local ppl like @SilvertownDust @DontChokeUs about the current appalling levels of pollution. I took a walk in this area on Monday. There’s an urgent need to resolve the situation with hundreds of HGVs running down residential streets.
