We are looking for people to build with who share these core beliefs: • Feedback is essential in an AI-driven world. • It is the foundation of how people build relationships. • We need to be using Cardano more. If this sounds like you, let's get to work. Join the GL Discord: discord.gg/XPxhyjWZUb

Midnight PBL is live 📚🌑🧑‍🎓 5+ years ago, I was onboarding to Cardano when Plutus was brand new. I wrote the first "Plutus Project-Based Learning" (aka PPBL) course to teach myself and to meet people. In the years since, the course has been through six iterations, with contributions from dozens of authors. Midnight PBL is built on lessons we have learned along the way. It doesn't compete with Midnight Academy, it complements it, and it's different. Instead of asking students to take multiple choice quizzes, it asks you to be a contributor from day one. There are two ways to take it: On the web, at midnight-pbl.io, where you can read content in a dedicated documentation-style interface. Agent-native: clone the repo (github.com/workshop-maybe…), the run /learn in an agent harness like Claude Code. An AI instructor walks you through the same course in the terminal where you're writing code. When something's unclear, you can suggest revisions to the course material even as you are learning, then submit updates via pull request. Either way, it's the same course, but there are two ways to interact with it. Whether your interested in learning Midnight development or experiment with new ways of engineering knowledge, I hope you'll take a look. You'll have a chance to contribute to the course from day one, and to make this a valuable community resource.

Andamio is pretty simple: it's about You. You approve a course → you get a credential. You present the credential to a project → you become part of the project. You contribute to the project → you get compensated and get a credential for your contribution. Rinse and repeat. And when you rinse and repeat across several cycles: You craft your own career. You build your own reputation. You establish trust with other teams. You become dependable, layoffs‑proof, in an era where AI efficiencies are cutting deep, taking the shit out of the people, and making the riches richer. The system works for you instead of being drained from you. Does all of this make sense in the world? Is Andamio addressing a real need? You bet. @Oracle: ~30,000 layoffs @amazon: ~16,000 layoffs @Meta: ~2,000+ layoffs @credly: 100 + million credentials earned and managed globally (2025–2026) @Accredible: 42 million digital credentials issued in 2025 alone As you can see, the “layoffs + credentials without a productive, virtuous cycle for the recipient” business is booming!!! --- There must be a better way. And You are the key.

We just performed the first Atomic Swap between Cardano and Bitcoin in Mainnet. This means native BTC was traded for native ADA. 0.0001 $BTC swapped for 50 $ADA Bitcoin is on Cardano 🧡 ↔ 💙

Open challenge to anyone: Vibe-code an alternative Cardano node from scratch in any language except Haskell (could probably allow haskell as well, but there's too much risk that it's just a straight fork). Vibe-coded will mean that: 1) the entire git history is visible from the start of the project 2) 90% of commits include their model and prompt in the commit message, with a "Coauthored by" tag-line from the model, such as what Claude code sometimes attaches 3) if it is written in the language of an existing alternative node effort (rust, go, typescript, C++, C#, etc.) then the MOSS and JPlag scores indicate low structural similarity 4) the above two are subject to reasonable third party remediation Deliver a spec-compliant block producing node ready for main net any time before Amaru or Dingo claim to have done this, or the next year, whichever is later. This means it supports all node-to-node miniprotocols and all node-to-client miniprotocols implemented by the haskell node at the time you make the claim, matches or beats the Haskell node in average memory usage across 10 days, agrees on tip selection to within a generous 2160 slots for the entirety of that 10 days, can recover without human intervention from a power-loss event at any time, and agrees with the Haskell node on all block, validity, chain-tip selection behavior. Give me a 1 month grace period in case I'm busy with other obligations, before I start testing your node. Then, from the time I start testing, give me 5 days. If, in those 5 days, I *am* able to: 1) get your node running and sync from either a recent mainnet mithril snapshot or genesis up to tip and 2) produce a valid block accepted by other nodes on preview or preprod 3) Execute the node to client blockfetch and txsubmission miniprotocols 4) get your node running in a private testnet including 2 other haskell nodes and I *cannot* either: 1) find a transaction for which your node and the haskell node disagree on the validity, or 2) find a block for which your node and the haskell node disagree on the validity, or 3) find a sequence of blocks produced by the devnet for which your node disagrees with the haskell node on the correct consensus tip I will personally pay you $5000 in USDCx or USDM, and vehemently campaign alongside you for retroactive funding from the treasury at the same market rates being proposed by any of the current funding proposals. I would offer more, but I've been making below market rate for my skills for 5 years in an effort to survive in this ecosystem, so I can't actually afford much more myself.

@MadOrkestra Liked this post and I agree with you. But on the other hand , so many early founders / devs used cardano as their own personal cookie jar to the extent that trust has broken down, probably to its lowest. Users are exhausted and out of pocket.

Once Cardano manages to alienate the last devs still around, it will be left with grifters, very loud dudes with unqualified opinions and people who like to sit on committees for a living. Not exactly the social experiment we once had in mind, but it will be interesting.

I still hope the Cardano community sees the value there is in having engineering resources allocated to the development of nodes (plural). If not, feel free to ask me questions, and I will do my best to shed lights from my humble, albeit tired, position.

Bespoke, personal apps are a very interesting new category of software. AI has made them possible, but there's an extra, hidden reason why they feel so good. Multi-tenant software is 10× more complex than the single-tenant alternative. - No auth - No data isolation - No rate limiting - No client diversity When you strip all that away, you're left with just the fun parts of an app.

This is a use case for Andamio too though, we are using it to validate workloads before payments are issued, we also have tied to each of our programs in OSC budget to relevant stakeholders, like bug bounty requires Security Council review before any issuance cross checked by OSC, we call in TSC, industry experts on my roster, and spin up working group to help triage intial reviews before final signoff with OSC, not to mention we will be tracking active progress on intiatives with public dashboards too via Bitergia, then you have Intersects internal review processes I think it just comes down to relevant "CYA" to the amount you are asking for too, if it just $100 bucks maybe a napkin is all that's needed with a handshake but if you're doing thousands or hundreds of napkins, do the necessary rigor; at the end of this, since this is Cardano taxpayers funds, the OSC have had in mind the Cardano IRS will be auditing everything so we made sure to save our hides in advance XD

Hi everyone. We are Andamio. Andamio's core mission is to "Build great teams" by de-risking the hiring process for both teams/organizations and contributors. Our focus is on Trial-Based Hiring Process: 1) Create a project, 2) Show how to contribute, 3) Onboard team members, and 4) Try working together. 👍If a trial works out, the contributor is onboarded, trust is established, and the team is already working together. 👍If it doesn't work out, work still got done, and the contributor still built a professional identity. Trusted by teams including: ✅@FCBarcelona, the famous sports team. ✅@Syngenta, the giant agri-tech company. ✅Toha Network (toha.network), the New Zealand’s innovative digital public infrastructure network. One of the reason why something like Andamio emerges as a consequence: Ghost Posting. What is Ghost Posting? Being frequent on LinkedIn and similar websites, a lot of companies will post jobs even though they don't really have a job offer. They do it to: A. see what's the level of interest there is B. gather data C. build up a reserve of resumes and people that they can reach out later on. They kind of wanna know what the market is for that job, or just how much interest there is in that job. It’s complete garbage, and platforms like LinkedIn are the fertile ground for it to thrive (part of their business model? Why not). In short: it’s smoke and mirrors. And the numbers are shocking: an estimated 18%–22% of job listings are ghost postings. Nearly 1 in 5. --- Andamio: take your professional life in 🫵your own hands. #BuildInPublic #CareerRevolution
