@johnnycrypto_2 I know I’m not charging for now either, all 5 of them are really excited and giving positive feedback on a daily. 💪

@DorianK100 Don’t charge anything. Just enjoy helping people and seeing them transform their lives. Pretty cool when you see the light 💡 bulb go on. One guy was eating too little. Increased his calories and he lost weight. Bro was shocked. 😳

Just sent out another plan and diet for a friend who I’m helping to get in shape He’s 94.4kg, 5ft6, stocky but carrying a lot of fat. We’ve got 14 weeks till his Mexico holiday - Let’s get to work That’s 5 people I have now on my Free Personal Coaching “Apprenticeship” 😂🏋️

@DorianK100 That’s awesome. I’m currently working with about 10. Same thing. I have a Nutrition and Exercise plan built. They send me biweekly progress pics and with feet on the scale. One 4 of them I train at the gym. Haha. 😆

Sunday AM Steps 🚶 Could’ve been very easy to make the wrong decisions last night with England playing and then the UFC being on late night, but I made the right ones 😂🫡

No diet/plan is ever going to go perfectly The difference between those who quit and see it through and get results is the ability to persist The amount of people I know who start, 2 weeks in something will come up and they just throw in the towel 5 days into my most recent cut I rolled my ankle falling down a set of stairs, couldn’t walk for 2-3 days, cardio was out the window took 3+ weeks to fully recover Did I pack it in, order uber eats and fuck the gym off ? No, I did what I could, still went gym, did cardio on a bike Simple as that Just carry on, get back on the horse (Proof below, viewer discretion advised 😂)

@yosoymario91 I’ve done it hundreds of times as a kid but this time was nasty, I was about 110kg, all that force straight onto the ankle.

@BenjaminYeezus Couldn’t agree more. I remember the first thought I had when I was on the floor was “how am I gonna get my steps in !” Haha But we adjusted, I lowered my food until I could get my steps in again like you said and in the end 13 weeks later got the best results of my life 💪

As much as we want linear journeys. Stars to align. Nothing to get in the way things always will. You can’t control what happens but you can control your reaction. Dorian has exemplified this. He was laid low for a few days. So here you lower your food as your NEAT is down but you focus on what you can control. Training upper and eating. Even if that became push, pull and arms then a rest until you head - depending on injury type / length of course. Then you go back to what you were doing when the injury heals. Don’t act like a toddler when things don’t go your way. Assume they WON’T go your way. Pivot accordingly. 80% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
