It was nice to meet Rangers of Maiombe National Park. In Angola we call them soldiers of nature. They work hard toprotect our Biodiversity, historic landmarks and cultural heritage sites. They need us to help and promote the work they. Support them sharing their work.

Distressing to learn of continued illegal logging in Okomu NP #Nigeria and vandalism by criminal gangs. Home to some of Nigeria's last forest elephants. It is not too late for authorities to protect this precious forest & wildlife.

It was good experience learning from Secretary of State for Environment, HE @PaulaFr81207357 yesterday during the steering committee meeting. She is indeed full of experience in dealing with multisector Environment where people share what variety of informations.
