Hello @pnbindia,I have a question how you guys accept the phone number from customer while creating a bank account without any kind of verification. I am getting sms that my acc is opened,i have no account in PNB,please take action and delete my number from this account.

@pnbindia I've sent the private dm but no response after entire working day passed,you guys have any ETA to response and addressed the issue which was caused by you.thanks

@pnbindia Why should I lodge a complaint.....it's the mistake from your end that you guys use my number in someone else account without verification @pnbindia delete my number from this account, its a fraud take action asap. @jagograhakjago @consumercourtin
