If you wait until the day YouTube DEMONETIZES YOU! YouTube isn’t the problem. You not having a website to store them on is. I’m not joking around.. stop waiting any longer!

Got off the phone with one of my real estate clients and discovered a huge problem with being told to get on social media and start posting. It's nobody in the industry knows how or has the time to leverage the content they post to make a sale. It becomes a large echo chamber without any valuable intel. The other primary issue I see is that it isn't the leads responsibility to tell you where they found you. So they don't know how to leverage their website nor socials, they are just told to do it, nor do they have the budget to make it work. Surviving on referrals is just waiting for your next meal. You ALWAYS have to be on the HUNT!

@saradietschy Even if you’d buy one again, do you think it would feel the same as the original? That’s one of the things I contemplate when I want to buy retro stuff.

One thing I’ve come to realize is I’m not gonna get anywhere without the volume. Pump up the volume. AI has definitely been a help there. Im in an entertainment niche for sure and while I can still explore many possibilities as I don’t have a huge audience yet. It took a good decade to seize my strengths. Insight on tech is definitely something people always ask me about. My biggest insecurity and fallacy that I’ve been working through is not wanting to lean in on doing the same thing or talking about the same thing over and over again. But reality is everything’s built on repetition. 1000 videos saying the same thing in a slightly different way has never appealed to me. Goal right now is to put some of my IRL content as a membership, go live 2-3 times a week just talking to a camera, and post more in general.

Only in certain niches… That doesn’t apply to news or politics at all as that is a volume and velocity game. It doesn’t apply to all formats because it doesn’t apply to short form lifestyle content. Arguably it doesn’t apply to lifestyle content on YouTube, Instagram or Tiktok at all for female consumers. It doesn’t apply to tutorials on the education side at all… For product reviewers it wouldn’t apply. This mostly fits the lane of entertainment spectacle and storytelling niches, video essays, cinematic content , and faceless documentary type channels. There are niches where daily has NEVER stopped working. And with Shorts and even Streaming it’s the DEFAULT… And there are niches where it NEVER worked well… There are niches like politics or even commentary where multiple uploads a day print generational wealth… And there opportunities on trends like GTA6 where the best advice is absolute to post volume and drop trying to compete on quality… Also if you know you’re a working class creator with no money and limited time and realistically there is no way in HELL to compete on quality without limitations… You should absolutely be optimizing to win on volume, since more effort won’t make a dent in anything…

Ran into someone who hasn’t seen me in over a month… They immediately told me I looked complete different (I was wearing a tank top after a gym session) She said I looked years younger and that my body looked like I completely changed. This is after 32 days of non-stop training and discipline .. In another 68 days the transformation will be undeniable at a glance… People are telling me I look younger, stronger and more energetic without prompting at all… One other contrast you’ll notice if you take your health seriously,.. is that most people don’t… And once you see the results from consistency the contrast is something you can’t ever unsee again…

It’s actually overwhelming how much free stuff we’ve got lol. People don’t value FREE as much people believe. Put a price tag on it, even if it’s for $0.99

GTA 6 will possibly be the last GTA. I mean I would like to see some spin off GTA titles come back, but it’s too much time in between and it’s getting harder satirize a world that is already a parody of its former self.

@Rose2gaming @TeamYouTube I am primarily a shorts creator but I found out that there is a distribution glitch with it. Try changing titles and meta data, and making a community post: that seems to be fixing it for me.

@Doublepulses Happening to me now too brother the last few weeks vs last few days something is DEFINITELY wrong here @TeamYouTube can you shed some light on this issue me along with many creators are no longer appearing in the shorts vertical live feed anymore

While this psychologically has a better effect on me as I’ll just keep posting anyway But YouTube Shorts are not pushing out for anything. Not even when I go live on vertical streams. They may get pushed out later but it’s glitched for sure. Normally they will send out immediately but not even my girlfriend is getting the notifications on my shorts. @YouTubeCreators

Why Modern Gaming feels exhausting…

I don’t use eleven labs for my AI avatars I actually voice over it now - @trymirage is definitely my favorite AI app. I use my own likeness, but because I’m better at speaking without a camera in my face. I typically prefer to do voice overs with my own avatar.

@edda_vt That sounds about right.. that was last I’ve seen any significant traffic on the shorts. While it is a little bothersome - I think it’s gonna reframe my habits a little bit for the better. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t check the studio more than I should to see a counter 😂

@Doublepulses There's been a bug since late May, that YT has claimed they have fixed where shorts are stuck at 0 to low views. It really doesn't seem like it has been addressed/actually fixed. :/

What is the reason why a YouTube short would not get pushed to the feed and stay on 0 views for like a day before getting pushed? I’ve been noticing that more lately on my shorts.

Rockstar Games needs to update us with something about GTA VI because I'm tired of all the goofs doing free marketing for them using AI generated videos that mean nothing.

@robertoblake Yeah I can’t see why everyone wants dislikes back so badly.. Half the damn time it never was a subject of how good of a video is. Just used as a weapon half the time.

Actually the worst decision was removing community supported captions. It was extremely important for accessibility…

Yesterday I was emotionally spent with everything happening on the business side of things right now, even though we’ve got at least 5-7 prospects. The conversation I had today with a random stranger after my gym session was one thing that didn’t make me want to quit and drop the idea..

@A_Vautrelle You aren’t wrong - the only job AI cannot replace is the human to human connection and commission based sales.

People who use AI lose money! Everyone is trying to scale sales & marketing by talking to less people: Less conversations. Less interactions. Less humanity. The winners will be the people who thinks stays in touch with reality. Building trust with humans in the loop.

@NikTek Even though I’ll play it because it’s been YEARS since the last Fable game. I can’t help but realize the lack of art direction and how much of the same it looks with other games. Especially when they push this realism on it.

These facial animations in Fable are looking really rough if I'm honest. The level of fidelity in the faces themselves is impressive but the NPCs are lacking facial expressions and seem very stiff. Really hoping that by the time the game comes out, the devs manage to fix them

Are they changing the times they seed and push out to the feed?
