This is a closed, decade old case where Swalwell cooperated with the FBI and was found innocent of any wrongdoing. Reopening it now, right as he leads in the polls and ballots are about to drop, is a political hit-job! Trump and Kash Patel are weaponizing the FBI against people they deem political enemies. So let’s send them a loud and clear message: You don’t get to pick California’s next governor. Voters do.

It is frankly infuriating that the survivors must cope with the Justice Department’s egregious mishandling of their investigation. While protecting the victims should have been their only priority from the start, they have been far more preoccupied with redacting information about Epstein’s co-conspirators. I will continue fighting to ensure Epstein’s survivors receive the justice and reparations they deserve, and that the remaining millions of files are released.
