@bookingcom ... It's all a bit mad at the moment and you're prioritising - which is the right thing to do I'm due to travel next week via DXB. I can book a different flight to avoid DXB which will cost me an extra but I don't know if I can get a refund on the original ticket.

@OctopusEnergy Your call centre staff are everything you could ask for when it comes to being helpful. But it's almost impossible to hear them on a call as the background noise from other staff is so intrusive. 📢
