@nervemed Just wanted to point out your chart is mistaken. Hco3 drops in metabolic acidosis and rises in met alkalosis. The arrows of compensation always point in the same direction as the primary driver of acid base imbalance.

Both appear to correlate with the tract of the bullet. Is it possible the other pictures aren’t in the correct planes?
