@BritishGas how do you get to speak to someone that can sort out a problem? Spoke to a great guy today who was sorting out the problem but then transferred me to a handler who didn't have a clue 6 months now trying to get sorted #joke of a company

I wonder if somebody @BritishGas can help. I made a subject access request over a month ago.The data has still not been forthcoming which means you are breaking the law. Is this logged on my existing complaint or should I start a new one or just report you to the @ICOnews direct?

After 6 months of waiting for an @EmmaSleepTech mattress and taking the issue all the way to the CEO they deliver me a broken mattress. Worst company ever, now they are refusing to talk, refund or honour their own guarantee. Anyone know how I can get my money back?

Hi @WhichUK you are still recommending @EmmaSleepTech mattress as best buy. This company is not fulfilling orders. I've waited 4 months. Please look at Trust Pilot/Facebook, this is not an isolated incident. They've now communicated with me they will not fulfill sale items
