@British_Airways The outbound crew said they would report it and it was aisle chair assistance person at Heathrow who told me today and no crew available for me to raise it with once off the plane (as couldn’t get back on!).

@British_Airways on both my outward and inbound flights this week my wheelchair was soaked - both back and front cushions. When it’s freezing whether and I get freezing as a result, it’s really not acceptable.

@TfL another access disaster. I used TfL go to plan my accessible journey from Paddington to Watford junc. It told me to change at Queen’s Park. Get off at Queen’s Park, ring assistance and told they have no ramps as if this isn’t fault. Also no staff on Bakerloo at Paddington.

@TfL @MayorofLondon I have a valid disabled freedom pass until 2028. It’s faulty - a new one is being made. I was advised by freedom pass team to show my faulty pass, which has my photo and expiration date. Several times I’ve been accused of “abusing my pass”. Where do I stand?

@TfL I was accused of abusing my disabled freedom pass at Paddington underground station this morning. I was told I cannot use it before 9.30am. The person humiliated me and then followed me to Costa to “prove” he was right, which was intimidating.
