@Nelsrud1 @MeghanMcCain Nothing diminished about his ability. He was clear that he was innnocent, simply waiting to get his money from his sister via western union. Not sure why you would think something is wrong with his mental ability. Let's focus on the people with the problem, the police.

@MeghanMcCain None of it was necessary. Classic case of de-escalation skills lacking. They didn’t comfirm identity. And, this man showed diminished mental capacity any human could observe.

This is horrific and very difficult to watch. This man is petrified, screaming in pain, and he did nothing wrong!!! He should sue and get whatever the hell he wants. God help all of us....
