@airindia With respect, patronising me by telling me you “understand my concern” and yet keep telling me to “contact my respective airline” for a baggage issue that only @airindia could (and did fix when i arrived in DEL) only showed that you did NOT understand my concern at all.

On this trip, 1st @flysrilankan flight out had 4hr #delay but UL staff said next flight would wait - many on our plane was transferring to it - but this was a lie. Now, 1st flight in at 2120 was “on time” but didn’t start boarding till 2110. Bracing for another 24hr holdup. #PTSD

When @flysrilankan, @traveloneworld #Emerald means NO comp. seat selection; NO priority boarding (I asked); NO lounge in any meaningful sense (see photo) … but get a whole 5kg extra baggage! Same old, falling apart planes, with the expected schedule unreliability. Would be better off flying AirAsia or any LCC.

I ordered items on @amazonIN this week and they just can’t follow delivery instructions. Delivery agent claims they called me but didn’t. There’s no way of contacting #Amazon customer service. So I cancelled the order and will never order from them again. #customerservicefail

For my last ever @airindia flight (after all the drama and delay they caused in the last 26h), I’ll be in a back window seat rather than exit row aisle I paid for (twice) - so pleased they are making sure I don’t regret adding them to my short #neverflyagain #airline list.

Hilariously, #SriLankan #Airlines wrote of this in 2015 as giving #Oneworld premium flyers a “premium” experience, bumping them off their #Colombo rather standard business #lounge to this “lounge”, which is a waiting area put inside a room. I just ate cold eggs and hash brown.

I thought I’d seen every #airline dodginess in my #travel life but @airindia refusing to honour the allowance of baggage already checked by the “Most Significant Carrier” (per @IATA rules) on same ticket and extorting fees between flights to the checked destination is new to me.

Just discovered that, unlike almost every other #Oneworld #airline such as QF, AA, BA, CX, or MH, @flysrilankan makes Emerald frequent flyers pay for their exit row or bulkhead seats. Now calling my travel agent to cancel and reroute my flights.

Thinking of trying the “new” @airindia? Paid for exit row seats? Don’t care. Can’t enter membership number? Shrug. Flight delay? Not telling. Food inedible? Leave it like everyone else. Connecting flight already boarding? Just go be someone else’s problem. How is this new?

Got to admire the awesome resilience of @WLGAirport staff - no matter how many other people say otherwise, they will insist bag drop kiosks work “because they’re reset everyday”. Their dedication to the company line despite all evidence to the contrary is totes amazballs.

@FlyAirNZ cancelled flights today due to weather, which is okay, not their fault. But I am told to join the service queue at #WLG for a refund only to be told after 90+ mins that I can’t get a refund, after I bought a new flight expecting that refund. Thanks for nothing, #AirNZ.

I'm in a non-QF lounge; staff are friendly and not just pretending, that's worth more than an old leather seat, chicken sandwich, or wine we can buy anyway. If more than a few @Qanras platinum & First flyers feel badly treated, how low have they sunk? #Qantas #airlines #Australia

Since when does @Qantas SYD First lounge has a rule that the quiet work rooms may only be for 2 hours even when there are no “bookings” (let’s argue that idea later). Reception says it’s always been and yet it’s news to me and other staff! I’ll be flying AirNZ next week, thanks.

The @aleaguemen and @aleaguewomen are meant to start in early Oct and there are no updates on release if fixtures. I appreciate that there are dramas with 1 or 2 clubs but the total radio silence will only alienate the few fans left.
