#ActuallyAutistic community, I’m autistic and so is my daughter. School have suggested CBT therapist. My instinct says no - CBT unlikely to suit neurodivergent people and gives me ABA type alarm bells. Am I jumping to wrong conclusion? @AutisticGirls_ what’s your view? Thanks.
