@medicalaxioms It’s not necessarily the likelihood of your guess being right or wrong that’s important - but more the stakes of being right or wrong that matters..

You are not allowed to order a test without guessing the result. This is not a game. As your guesses get better you will learn what you can know without testing. As a result, you will order fewer tests.

@DrSuneth Great question. HemosIL HS 500 was second most common D-dimer assay. No evidence that it performs differently.
