@NissanUK@LookersGroup I purchased a service plan. The lookers carried out a minor service and claimed major service from the Nissan. The next service I booked was a major and I was asked to pay 100 £ and still carried out a minor. I complained to both but still nothing.

On a train journey yesterday, something unusual happened. A vendor was serving meals to passengers at ₹120 each, but when my turn came, I was charged ₹140. Instead of ignoring it, I decided to file a complaint.
What followed was quite surprising. Within just 12 minutes, the manager personally came to my seat. He returned the extra amount and politely requested that I withdraw the complaint, mentioning that it could result in a fine of ₹31,000 for them.
It was only a matter of ₹20, yet the response showed how seriously such complaints are taken. Realizing this, I chose to withdraw it—but the incident clearly highlighted the impact a simple complaint can have.
@CSMIA_Official@gautam_adani Sir, very poor service at the T1 airport to transfer to T2 airport. We habe to wait for at least 45 minutes outside standing in a queue for a bus.
@IndiGo6E 1/n I travelled from BDQ to Manchester on 27.28th. it was a food experience. There are some suggestions - many travellers were doing the transfers due to the Middle east crisis. Indian airlines should take this opportunity to make a hub like Emirates.

We regret for the inconvenience caused. Out of two ATMs installed at Abhilasha Chowkdi one is under replacement and the process is likely to get completed shortly. Other ATM at the site was damaged, which has now been repaired the same and is likely to get functional in a couple of days. Thank you for writing to us.
