A Muslim woman in America is very angry because the maintenance staff at her workplace keep throwing away all the empty plastic bottles that she hides in the bathroom. “Muslims use those bottles to fill it up and clean our ass after going to the bathroom.” Any advice for her?

@WallStreetApes That’s what companies do. Union workers try to pad their pockets and get everything they can get. Companies try to do the same.

UPS worker says the company is offering buyouts to workers, the official reason is a pay them to quit so they can reduce their workforce But she says that’s not what’s happening. She says they are just rehiring different drivers to fill the positions at much lower wages “At least at my hub, which I know quite a few other hubs might be doing this too, now they're hiring people. And what they're doing is they're getting rid of the people at the higher rate and they're hiring them at the lower rate because we have a scaled progression and it takes 4 years to hit top scale” “So that's why they offered the buyout. Now they hired new people at half the rate” She says the company has also gotten very stingy “UPS used to hand out like turkeys and hams, and they used to give us a bunch of free stuff, and they would have raffles, and they really like gave you the sense of like they really cared about you as a person, and they cared about you because you were a part of the company. And now things aren't necessarily like that anymore, but I feel like that's like that in most places. Society has really moved away from us being a community and more into it's all about profit margins, which is just sad” I looked into it and these senior drivers make $120,000–$160,000+ when including benefits and overtime If you fire them and rehire new workers, the new workers only make $50,000 – $80,000+ in the first 1–2 years This saves the company a huge amount of money

🚨KAROLINE LEAVITT SAYS ABC AND NBC WILL FACE THE FULL WEIGHT OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT FOR VIOLATING THE 1972 ON-AIR BROADCAST CHARTER BY REFUSING TO AIR THE PRESIDENTIAL ADDRESS — THEY WILL PAY DEARLY! Follow @RedLivesMatterQ This is the hammer coming down. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt made it crystal clear: ABC and NBC violated the On-Air Broadcast Charter of 1972, and they will face the full weight of the United States Government for it. They will pay dearly. These networks get their airtime for free from the American people with one simple responsibility — to serve the public interest. Refusing to broadcast a presidential address is a direct violation of that long-standing agreement. They chose politics over their legal and moral obligation. Now the consequences are coming. Coca-Cola and General Motors already pulled their ads. The government is next. ABC and NBC are about to learn that you don’t get to take the public’s airwaves and then refuse to use them when it actually matters. The free ride is over. Share this everywhere so every network that thinks they can ignore the President sees what real accountability looks like! Follow @mcafeenew for more drops.

‘Squatters rights’ definitely makes the top list of one of the dumbest things in America. A homeowner leaves on vacation, their house is empty, or, maybe the house is empty simply because they are getting ready to sell it. Maybe the house is empty because it’s their house and no one’s fcking business as to why it’s empty. Regardless, some broke ass losers see an empty home & just Decide: “yay, it’s mine now” The homeowner then has to wait months, going through the court system, which is a nightmare in itself, they have to take some legal obstacle, jump through hoops as if it’s a gladiator death match of the ages just to throw you bums out while their property is being endlessly trashed by you. That is some of the biggest bullsht I’ve ever heard. If you are in my home without permission, there is no good reason why I should not be able to grab you by the hair and throw you TF out immediately & expeditiously without any legal recourse.

Hospitals can charge up to $700 for a bag of saline, which only costs them an average of $2.00 per bag. Someone explain to me how this is NOT a form of legalized fraud? Please make it make sense.

American elections should not be less secure than Olive Garden’s endless pasta. Pass the SAVE America Act.
Olive Garden@olivegarden

@Superpowamario No. The Never-Ending Pasta Pass is only for use by the Passholder whose name is printed on the Pass. Passes are personalized and non-transferable. Passholders must present a valid photo I.D. along with the Pass at the time of ordering.

This is simply astounding! Democrats created a smokescreen about Trump and Russia; and the whole time DNC was working with China. These are thousands of pages of foreign IP addresses sending and receiving data to election precincts and servers outside the United States during the 2020 Election. CISA, DHS, the FBI, and the CIA knew all about it because they were in on it. We’ve been right the whole time. Trump won…and I probably did too.

This is a toll road in Dallas, Texas The tolls are run on dynamic pricing. The tolls adjust every 5 minutes based on real-time traffic and congestion data Private equity firms got $490 million from taxpayers to build these toll lanes and the whole project cost about $2.6 billion If taxpayers are going to have to pay to drive on toll roads they should not be charged a single cent for their construction

Mamdani says he didn't even know about the UN Ambassador for Iran's attempt to set up a meeting with his Commissioner for International Affairs until the press started asking about it. Um, WE'RE AT WAR with Iran. The moment that request came in, his Commissioner should have immediately said NO, that's not a possibility. And maybe an attempt by Iran to bypass Washington and talk to the administration of America's biggest city would be important information for the Mayor to not just know, but pass along to the President. But then again, this is the same guy who spent the Fourth of July trashing America and the free market. And his International Affairs Commissioner is a progressive immigrant rights activist with zero foreign affairs experience. So, I can't say I'm surprised.

Now that the US is knocked out, I am formally extending an invitation to the American people to support Norway. Why? 1: The Vikings discovered America before Columbus. 2: There are more ethnic Norwegians in the US than in Norway. 3: Next weekend we can pillage the English peasants together. 4:

My friend’s boomer dad sold the lake house last year. The one they grew up in every summer. The one my friend has a tattoo inspired by. The one with the dock they built together with their grandfather’s tools that are now also gone. Sold it without telling anyone. My friend found out when a stranger posted a photo of it on Instagram with a renovation reveal. New owners painted it white. Took the dock out. Put up a privacy fence. His dad said he needed the liquidity. Made $340,000 on a property he paid $48,000 for in 1991. Didn’t offer my friend a dollar of it. Said the market was right and it made financial sense. My friend is 34. Still renting. Watched $340,000 in potential generational wealth get converted into his dad’s retirement fund. The lake house wasn’t just a house. It was the closest thing they had to something being passed down. Now it’s just someone’s content

Two weeks ago we moved our family from California to Tennessee, and today confirmed everything we hoped for. We watched our new community’s Fourth of July parade and ran the neighborhood 5k this morning, and tonight there’s a fireworks show, all without leaving the neighborhood. The kids on our street already pulled our two boys into their bike club. Neighbors met the moving truck and helped unload before we even arrived. We’re buying meat and cheese from a farm fifteen minutes from our house. We came here for the community, and for a place built for raising a family instead of one that seems to punish you for it. We loved California, but every year felt like paying a tax for having kids, wanting safe streets, and trying to run a small business, even with family nearby to help. Today I’m grateful to live in a country where you can pack up and choose a different life, and where the people who live there actually want you to have it. This country is great, and I’ll never stop being grateful for it.
