We just witnessed the most compelling, overwhelming presentation of evidence in a televised probable cause hearing I’ve ever seen and this clown is out here telling his audience the case is about to fall apart and prosecutors can’t prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. “Tyler Robinson was not supposed to survive to turn himself in. I am now convinced of that.” Convinced by what, exactly? What evidence supports this? Or are you just making it up on the fly for clicks? (It’s the latter.) “Tyler Robinson was framed. I am now 100% convinced of that.” Cool story. Present the actual evidence for that claim, or admit you’re peddling conspiracy fan fiction. This failed lawyer turned podcast grifter is shamelessly exploiting gullible people for money and views while the evidence sits there in plain sight. He doesn’t just embarrass himself he makes the entire legal profession look bad. Real lawyers who still respect the law and the judicial process have an ethical obligation to call this out.

The TPUSA shills are *lying* to you! There was no “high quality, conclusive video showing Tyler taking the shot” shown today! I was outside the courthouse all week, but @billiewebbb & @brandisiciliani were inside & saw the videos. They insist the vids were blurry & you cannot see a trigger pull or “Tyler’s face.” Total misrepresentation from Jack P, Tatum, Benny, and whoever else will be spinning this. I suspect THIS is likely a major reason why they were there: to spread a false narrative bc the case is WEAK AF. If only I’d known this when I interviewed them afterward, I would have asked directly why they’re spreading lies & mischaracterizing evidence.

Imagine being so controlled that you walk out of court after seeing the same blurry footage we all saw days earlier, but with a subtle zoom and some red circles, and say you saw 4k footage, knowing others there saw the same video and would tell the world you're obviously lying.
