Not perfect yet - lots of work ahead for me and my team but I'm proud of what we've built so far with GoDaddy Airo for WordPress and customers are loving the personalized head start. The core works: answer a few questions, get a full site framework in minutes. WooCommerce stores with products. Edits via chat. Install multiple plugins in a single message. Then switch to the block editor when you want more control. Built on TT5, FSE, and the #WordPress block editor. No lock-in.

@JamesWelbes @ianmisner @sfxdotcom When clients end up in tools that aren't right for the job there can definitely be frustrations. GoDaddy has so many products and offerings in the space I acknowledge that the experience and confusion can be awful. Room for improvement for sure

@ianmisner @Drewbewilde @sfxdotcom Maybe. I haven't tried using GoDaddy hosting for awhile. But GoDaddy Pro is still garbage, and my last client was using the GoDaddy builder which was garbage and buggy, so its hard to believe any claims of improvement

@JamesWelbes Id take GoDaddy Managed WordPress hosting over platforms like Pair, Web, BlueHost and some of those that I get clients coming to me from constantly!

If you want to update your @GoDaddy hosted WordPress site to 6.8, you need to waste 40 minutes with support to find out, YOU CAN'T!!

I was told by a member of @SLCgov at a construction open house last night that there wasn’t an issue with speeding on the road adjacent to my home. So I bought a radar gun. Two minutes in and not a single car has gone close to the 30mph limit. Most doing low to mid 40’s.

@Drewbewilde @GoDaddy Your agents should not automatically tell the client they are wrong when @GoDaddy caused the issue. The problem isn't that there was an issue. It's that I felt the agent blamed me without even checking to see if there was an issue. That is a culture problem.

I don't know if this is legit, but I have repeatedly asked to speak with someone higher up within the company. It's weird that it's a random response on Twitter and not via the support line. The problem is when I call to report a problem, and the support team tells me I am wrong when I am not. They should not be so dismissive but instead take the time to investigate to see if there might be an actual problem. It might cut down on frustration on both sides. In this case, the problem was on GoDaddy's side, which I told the first agent I spoke with. He told me I was wrong and tried to up-sell me on another service that wouldn't have resolved the issue.
