Fruit juice; tea/coffee (refilled), bread basket and marmalade/jam; fresh/fruit or cereals; bacon, fried egg, tomato, sauté potatoes, baked beans, sausage, mushrooms (all properly silver plated); bread basket again (which might include croissants).
