Homelessness in LA is a humanitarian crisis. And our response isn't working.
The city has the money to fix this. But we are not moving urgently enough to use this money on what works and demand that every dollar we spend moves as many people off the streets and into safety as possible.
Angelenos have voted three times to tax themselves to respond to this crisis with services and housing. What's been missing is someone willing to do the hard work to build a *system* that really works.
