BREAKING: France, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, and Japan say they are ready to join efforts to ensure safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz.

NEW - Germany, UK, France, Italy, Netherlands and Japan issue joint statement condemning Iran and expressing their "readiness to contribute to appropriate efforts to ensure safe passage through the Strait [of Hormuz]."

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump approved the South Pars strike but now wants to stop U.S. officials say Trump knew about Israel's attack on Iran's biggest gas field in advance and supported it as a message over the Hormuz blockade. But now he wants no more strikes on Iranian energy infrastructure, believing Tehran "got the message." This is the pattern. Israel pushes the envelope, Trump goes along, then pulls back when the consequences start hitting global markets. Oil just crossed $110 and the South Pars strike knocked out Iraq's electricity supply and triggered Iranian retaliation on Qatar's Ras Laffan hub. Trump can say no more energy strikes, but Israel has shown repeatedly that it will hit what it wants and deal with Washington's objections afterward. Source: WSJ

So let me get this straight: Iran blocking the Strait of Hormuz is ,unfair’ but blocking oil shipments to Cuba in order to collapse their whole country is what? Fair?
