Often in the Garden of Remembrance, I see this seagull losing the run of himself. He doesn't even fly between the bins. He does his rounds on foot. A lid with a hinge would solve it. @DubCityCouncil @opwireland @DublinLitter

@DublinLitter Thanks for all your hard work. Privatisation in the inner city clearly doesn’t work. Probably doesn’t work anywhere if what we saw on RTÉ investigates this week is an indication of a country-wide problem.
