@nrjdalal_com @mydukaanapp It looks like you're trying to access the Dukaan web version on mobile, which is causing these issues. For a better experience, please install the Dukaan app from the Play Store or App Store.

Chose @mydukaanapp as a reference for client's commerce store, but there's no mobile responsiveness without installing the app. Also, adding products under 1100px isn't feasible since the UI is relevant after that 1100px only. 1. Breaks on mobile 2. Non-relevant till 1100px

After giving @mydukaanapp a fair try (been with them for almost 2 years now) it is time to move back to Shopify. While their initial vision was very strong, they have failed to develop upon it. And honestly their team seems to be very lost. There are a number of issues that never got solved.

After having a really bad experience with dukaan, finally shifting my store from their platform. Trying to reach them since 4 months by Continously writing emails and writing to their ai assist support still no reply to my complaints. @suumitshah @mydukaanapp @DukaanSupport
