A 19-year-old wonderkid who is being sought after by many teams for having great playing potential has declared interest in playing for our team. Apparently, the wonderkid has been admiring our team since the age of 16 and even thought it would be a dream come true to play for us. In fact, when the player was still 18, we witnessed the player sternly decline interest from two other teams who tabled bids, without even knowing the player wanted to play for us. Now, we jokingly made an interest and the player was elated and confessed interest at first sight of our team at 16. Although the club’s policy is to sign players of 20 years old and above, we would be making an exception in this case due to the quality and potential of the player and the fact that the player has always wanted to play for the team. We have decided to give the player a minimum of two games trial opportunity with the team.

I think partnering with Large crossboarder fintech companies to power their payments on the backend could be the best play for Sui right now. These fintech companies already have the users, they already have the volume, using Sui stablecoin rails for their payments would help them save costs on remittance ( free stablecoin transfers worldwide ). I think plays like these are why Sui made stablecoin transactions free in the first place.

payments alone are very difficult to build a business model around - I worked for the first DeFi card on Ethereum. Visa + the banks own the rails and take the fees from merchants. Your margin: charging for physical cards, subscription tiers, fx rates, spread/fees on swaps, yield on user funds. Your costs: acquisition - $50-$200 per customer, $3-10 on every card, card network license $25K-100K, legal, the list goes on Plus it’s currently one of the most saturated markets I think the question should be: how do we get the world to accept Sui as the go to payment rails?

Sui needs a dedicated payments app that feels just like Cash App, Revolut or Venmo In short: a simplified, smoother, web2-native version of @SlushWallet that runs on Sui and focuses on payments only (Add cashback, loyalty rewards, and creator perks so users multiple reasons to stick to it) That’s how Sui has a serious shot at winning web3 payments

انتصر المقاتل الكوري بارك داي في نزال MMA ومن الفرحه والحماس امسك بالفتاة التي تحمل اللافتات اثناء التقاط الصورة والتي ظهر عليها عدم ارتياح، لاحقا نشرت في الانستقرام استيائها وصارت عاصفه اعلامية وهاجموه الناس والنسويات بشراسه وجهت له اتهامات بالتحرش وحققت الشرطة لكن لاحقا اسقطت عنه التهمه وفرض عليه عقوبة خدمة مجتمعية في النزال التالي كان واضح عليه الخوف والحذر من الاقتراب من فتاة اللافته لما اقتربت منه وبدأ يهرب بطريقة محرجة اثناء الاحتفال

Something quietly emerging in Africa, which I like, is that each startup ecosystem has a sector where the strongest emerge from and all of the others find a way to intersect with them and they all grow the sector. In Nigeria it is financial services, in Ghana it is agriculture. Main ventures who are growing in these sectors always have intersections with ventures in other sectors. There is learning happening from what has worked and there is a deeper understanding of the dominant sectors. The problems come when investors in the dominant sectors start looking for the same economics in others. It doesn't work that way immediately, but if we are patient enough, newer dominant sectors will emerge based on the lessons from previous successes. Agricultural and healthcare startups in Nigeria can build upon the scale that Opay and Moniepoint have achieved. Farmerline and Complete Farmer in Ghana can lead to new dominant payment and logistics companies that start from serving the agricultural sector. That intersection is good for everybody. I am happy when I am talking to startups and they reference those potential partnerships. Scale builds upon scale. It is also possible to create something new from hybrids as well. This should be deliberately explored.
