@DukeEnergy I escalated the issue until I got your insurance companies info and filed a claim already. I had to talk to 3 different agents to get help.

Sooo @DukeEnergy disconnected my electricity over the weekend instead of my neighbor who moved. I wasn’t home all weekend so I didn’t know until late last night. Duke customer service says they are not at fault or responsible for reimbursing me for my hotel stay or groceries lost

@DukeEnergy Two days later a truck arrived and we believe the problem is fixed. The techs on the street are always awesome. The switchboard and the support system, not so much.

Well, @DukeEnergyStorm @DukeEnergy dropped the ball. Called this morning for a problem that happened during the storm last night. They said they'd be out by 2:30pm. No truck and no call. Had to call again at 3:15. Supposedly they are coming. Not good Duke!

@DukeEnergy_FL Our power went out yesterday evening after a normal rain. Now today, out again zero rain or wind. We're not even in hurricane season! Our Rose Hill Phase 2 and 3 (Orlando/Ocoee) goes out far too much! Trim the trees, make the HO trim their's and update the equipment!!!

@DukeEnergy_FL If you get an above avg bill from Duke you might want to check your usage on the portal, they have a habit of smart meters that go dead and can't read, so they just charge you whatever they want,yet the PSC allows them to fraudulently charge you,that's criminal racketeering fraud

@DukeEnergy hired a tree company to cut down my tree. I was promised that they would cut it into small pieces for firewood instead I was lied to and left with this.

Wow @DukeEnergy You have the worst customer service ever. My mom been trying to get this bill sorted due to my grandma passing last month, but we had to call at least 6 times to get account specialist. The account got charged an extra $30 because my grandma's account got (1/2)

@DukeEnergy oh and another thing. I called in for new service. Not to be transferred to someone that I was told was to verify my new service yet kept me on the line trying to sell me internet and all kinds of other crap. NO!!!

@DukeEnergy a tree fell in my yard on the powerline. you just pulled up turned off the power to my house and then said I need to call an electrician to turn it back on. at 5 o'clock. Helpful.
