This is probably a boomer take, but I'll proudly own it. I much prefer the days when a baseball glove had a natural leather tone - i.e. tan, brown, black, and blonde.

$329 for kids gloves? Hopefully more so for kids playing more seriously in summer ball, or modified/JV, because some kids just starting out probably can’t afford those. Then you have these kids now all decked out with these fancy gloves, cleats, bats, sliding mitts, glasses, bags, etc. I was jealous of the kids with the nicer bats when I played, now it’s gotten way out of hand. I can’t imagine how much $ goes into it now.

@IndyHawk89 This team severely over achieved for the year, not much talent outside Heiden and chit and not very athletic… only knock on Jan is she has to cash in as far as recruiting on more then just one big name a year outside of that she’s doing fine…

Next year is put or shut up time for Jan, getting to the tournament isn't going to cut it, all the momentum created by Clark is going away. She was gifted this position instead of Beth trying to find the best possible replacement and can't believe Beth allowed that to happen.
