The assumption can be that all disabled people suffer. But suffering is used all the time to say why we need this bill. But it’s not in the bill. And then if we use suffering it can include those without terminal conditions. We need to know what we’re getting

@26hourglass @andy10beers @ScotRail I booked via passenger assistance and then when I arrived at Bathgate station I told them I needed to get off at Edinburgh Park. Both of these things are true.

@DylanOnWheels @andy10beers @ScotRail Telling a member of staff isn’t raising a request and wouldn’t have been passed on. You can raise a request here (passengerassistance.com) or through their app on the App/Google Play Store. This means you have a track record and the info gets passed through all staff.

@26hourglass @andy10beers @ScotRail Like I said I’ve filed a complaint. Just like I have with previous complaints. How many complaints should I file before things actually change for the better?

@DylanOnWheels @andy10beers @ScotRail They are aware. However, social media cannot do anything in the moment. Report the incident, and the carriage number/time of train + route, and they will find out who the conductor/station staff is that was meant to organise the PA request.

@andy10beers @ScotRail @DylanOnWheels It's not like the social media team can go sort it themselves when they're working from home on the weekends lol. PA team is completely different and needs to be dealt with internally.
