My batch of corn is sent off for @FlyoverWhiskey. I’ve been wanting to do this for a year and am excited to have a batch of whiskey produced from my own corn!

Accountability isn’t about punishment, it’s about growth. It’s about believing people are capable of a higher standard, and fighting for them to pursue that standard. Accountability is not something you do to someone, it’s what you do for someone. Call people up, not out.

Anyone not starting/playing on their respective team (or their parents), listen here for what you can still bring to a team. Starters (and their parents) can learn a lot about how to treat those teammates and build a grateful culture within their program. All around great clip.
