Politics does not need to be a blood sport. Congressman Ashford and I ran against each other, but later became close friends. I admired his heart for Omaha area. I saw Anthony today who was on Ashford’s 2016 team. We laughed at some of the funny memories.

Sigh. Republicans always coming to the rescue of Democrats. He's giving Abigail Spanberger one last chance to save face. Democrats could vote down the Lucasmander and say they did it to prevent Florida from redistricting (what I call "fairdistricting"). Abigail could say she wanted this to happen specifically because she didn't DeSantis to respond. She'll say Louise Lucasmanderer made her do it. But she's the governor now.
