@Dyson Hi, the technician I was speaking to said there is nothing Dyson can do because it's an older fan. I was hoping at least to get a discount code for a new one if you can't repair this one

@Dyson it's very upsetting when an expensive product dies after years of good service. Such an expensive product and I can't even get it repaired by Dyson. No discount also to buy a new one. Not too good with the customer service.

Very disappointed with @Dyson customer service. Ordered and paid for 2 hair dryers, only 1 delivered, and after multiple contacts the issue is still unresolved. Hoping someone from Dyson can finally assist.

Bought a brand new @Dyson Airstrait a few weeks ago & used it only 3 times before it suddenly emitted thick black smoke & started melting while turned on.The socket and adapter were completely fine, the device overheated and burned from inside. Only luck saved my hair and my life

@Dyson I contacted customer service & was advised to bring my TWO Dyson Corrale straighteners to the service centre, only to arrive & be told that this product is no longer being repaired. I’m left with TWO expensive straighteners that no longer work

Dyson vacuum faulty after just 11 months with 2 separate faults. Dyson will only offer mismatched replacement parts, Curry’s say they need return authorisation number that Dyson claim they don’t provide. Customer stuck in the middle. Sort it out @Dyson @currys @MartinSLewis

Bu gibi durumlarda marka değerini anlıyorsun. Ürünü satmak kadar, satış sonrası verilen hizmet de önemli ama Dyson bu konuda iyi değil maalesef. Kendilerinden 2 süpürge, 1 saç şekillendirici aldım ama bundan sonra herhangi bir şekilde yolum kesişmeyecek @Dyson

@Dyson ‘dan bir süpürge ve süpürge ünitesi aldım. İhtiyacım olmadığı için geç açtım. Açtığımda ünite için yanlış parça gönderildiğini fark ettim, elimde bir eksik, bir de fazla parça oldu. Eksik parçayı gönderin dediğimde ise 15 günü geçtiği için gönderemeyiz diyorlar.
