Repurchasing the $1.5B of 2029 convertible notes with cash eliminates the risk of those notes converting into new shares. That avoids dilution to the share count (the denominator in BTC/share). Bitcoin holdings stay the same, so BTC per share is preserved at a higher level than if the notes had converted. Net positive for the metric long-term. No BTC sold.

@DaniREscudero @marc02200 If you’re worried about volatility or bull vs bear market, why not put it into STRC until you’re ready. If you sit on 10k in your savings account for a year you lose 2% to inflation. $STRC pays 11.5% annually with dividends paid monthly.

I was a prior investor of $MSTR. I treated Strategy as an altcoin, as its volatile and there are many variables that are out of your control. I would invest again into MSTR only if the bull market is confirmed, I would wait. If Strategy survives the bear market I believe it could make it to S&P 500. This bear market is the ultimate test for the company. I would only invest this $10K if its extra money you have for investment and if you're prepared to exit at anytime without any hesitation. As an investor I marry only Bitcoin, not a stock.

I was skeptical about $MSTR at first. Bitcoin is down right now, so the stock looks rough and the leverage feels extra risky. It went from $455 to $178 within a year. But when I look at the bigger picture: they hold the largest corporate Bitcoin treasury, continue aggressively buying more BTC every month, and their Bitcoin-per-share growth remains strong over time. I’m seriously considering putting $10,000 into $MSTR. I'm still "young" and I truly see the long-term potential. Am I wrong for this?

And @FasigTiptonCo can you PLEASE bring the clock back? 🙏 This is getting frustrating, as a buyer we have to wait until the under tack is over to have access to the times even - making the stressful job of finding the right horse (a huge investment) even more stressful. It is hurting our ability to find the right horse, and as a fan it is hurting our ability to hype up these horses/spread the joy of these sales. I just don’t get it. They are still working, but now we have to wait days to see clock or spends thousands of dollars to get a proper time? 🤷‍♂️ Thank you for your attention to this matter and I appreciate you guys putting on such great events 🤲
