Trump pausing the "period of energy plant destruction" in Iran by 10 days is NOT a TACO, but more of a NACHO: Not Actually Changing Hormuz Opening

I'll tell you how fucked the UK is. Not only was February's £14B borrowing the highest ever recorded for that month, £13B of the £14B went purely to debt interest payments. The Ponzi is bankrupt, and this war is the nail in the coffin. Rate hikes next, maybe multiple. The mandate is inflation, not employment. Then it's a rush to the exit. Bitcoin, gold—you don't own enough.
Financial Times@FT

Breaking news: The UK’s borrowing costs have hit their highest level since the 2008 global financial crisis, as disappointing borrowing numbers add to a brutal sell-off for gilts driven by inflation fears. ft.trib.al/jDigNKV

$META Another Mag 7 position in its correction. $META is going to its 0.5 Fib at $442, where the 200 WMA is waiting.

@EFFFFFYYYYY @theeobservist @GBPolitcs That same 40% would have paid in their national insurance contributions so will be due their pension. Its not just money we need to find its money we all have paid in over many years. If we need to be 77 most will never get to see that money and it will fill the pockets of who?..

@Quaidp14 @theeobservist @GBPolitcs How can you let the economy shrink when it is 95% debt to GDP? If its shrinks then the % gets higher 😂 So you’re saying scrap pensions and default basically? 😂

@CurryTony @theeobservist @GBPolitcs UK state Pensions don’t exist. It’s called national insurance, which comes from the working population. 40% of the UK population are over 50. What happens when they all need to retire? The money isn’t there. So why wouldn’t they put the age up

@EFFFFFYYYYY @theeobservist @GBPolitcs People who claim pension have paid into the system for 22 years plus. They only get back what they've paid in and in most cases they dont even get to see anywhere near the money they've paid in before they die. Don't fall for this greed from people who dont need pensions

Yeah that is exactly how it works. Why do you think labour have got rid of the 2 child cap too? Everyone complains about immigration but they don’t understand it’s actually the only way to support the shrinking economy because of all the baby boomers retiring, and debt to GDP at 95%. Interest on the debt is exponential lol. Can’t print it from thin air without consequences, so if people work longer, they “contribute” longer and take less from the system.

@GBPolitcs So the solution to a declining birth rate is to make people work until 75. That’ll definitely encourage younger generations to have kids.

@GBPolitcs Only people who understand demographics and debt to GDP understand that this has to happen & it will. Give it 20 years max. The state pension probably won’t even exist in 50 years - it doesn’t go up with the true rate of inflation, nor could the country afford to do that.

Silver is down 23% in one day so far! Biggest one-day selloff in history since the 1980 Silver Thursday crash, when the commodity dropped 63% in a single day. If prices hold below $90, we could see a "bank run"-type selloff where holders rush to cash in their physical bullion while they still can.
