@thomsinger UGH! I feel your pain. We're currently living in an RV and these things have NO insulation. With the RV a/c running plus 2 floor AC units, it's still 85° in there at the end of the day. Glad you got yours working again!

It has been 90 degrees or more in my house for 5 days. Having AC go out in July in Texas is not a good thing. New system installed and the temp is dropping!

Total time he waited after getting into the international baggage claim/customs area? 1 hour and 41 minutes. That’s not touchdown and taxiing and walking there…. That’s JUST waiting for bags and waiting for customs. Completely unacceptable @AUStinAirport

@AUStinAirport multiple international flights land at the same time but you only have 2 agents @ the passport desk! My husband’s been in line for over an hour; there are still 75+ people in front of him. This NEEDS to be fixed! It happens EVERY time we fly international.

Who @HiltonHotels or @EmbassySuites can help? My husband paid $600+ for a hotel room, and now the show he was going to see postponed, so he no longer needs the room. He's a @hiltonhonors gold member. Nobody will help him, not even for a credit. @Hilton Any suggestions?
