@AmazonHelp I'm two months outside of warranty, apparently, so no help beyond 15%. I've asked for details to escalate further - pretty shitty, circular customer service experience and outcome for a Prime customer of 5+ years given the amount spent with Amazon. Time to check out Google Home.

@AmazonUK - really disappointing customer service experience dealing with problems with my Echo devices. Can't believe my Echo Spot, found faulty, won't get replaced - instead you give a tiny discount off a new one?! The world's most customer-centric company? 🤥😶

@AmazonHelp I've sent through a complaint. I've 3 Echo devices, none behaving but the Plus and Spot are worst. The screen on the Spot is faulty, and I was told 'troubleshooting has failed'. Rather than replace it, you offered a discount on a new one that will still cost over £100 to replace.
