Dear @Nbusiness1990 , not sure if what your goal here was, but telling realtors you’re happy about them raising concerns about the tactic of subvention is not a good idea, actually rookie like. And then telling them they can’t evolve and adapt therefore going to die off, also not a good idea, actually bad for business. I’ll take 15,000 of them, give them ai tools that actually work and watch a human who knows how to use ai , crush it, because they love people. That profession isn’t going away, it will change but it isn’t going away. Especially when they are tuned into a salesforce that can sell everything. People grinders and hustlers

It's ridiculous that so many years into the AI revolution we still don't have a single source of truth to verify whether a video, a photo, a piece of content is authentic and originated from the source.
Society will break down entirely.
Blood will be spilled. Revolutions will begin.
Elections will be overturned if we don't develop this system immediately.

BBC’s director general Tim Davie and Shah were both allegedly warned about the doctored footage in May but decided to keep quiet, according to the outlet.

The new CEO of Starbucks Brian Niccol is doing something right.
Every Starbucks I go to, there is a noticeable uptick in quality of customer service and level of engagement.
It’s consistent which must mean it’s being systemically inspired.
A few times in the last month, I’ve found myself wanting to recruit someone working behind the counter (sorry Brian - can’t help myself) because of their energy and leaving big tips because they’re sooooo enthusiastic.
With everyone everywhere so pissed lately, I’m happy for some morning sunshine.
This is going to take a minute to show up in $SBUX results - but it will show up, in terms of average order size and same store sales overall.
(And no I’m not an investor and never met the guy in my life)
