Today, CSBAG’s Executive Director joined partners @UNICEFUganda @UPFPWDS in a productive engagement with the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Rt Hon @Thomas_Tayebwa, on the non-allocation of funds for the National Child Disability Assistance Program (NCDAP) in the FY26/27 budget. The NCDAP has an initial budget requirement of UGX 15.8 billion, yet has received zero allocation in the NBFP FY26/27—a critical gap that threatens access to social protection for children with disabilities. #SocialProtectionUg @NUDIPU @ACODE_Uganda @mofpedU @Parliament_Ug
